How do you know if excessive tiredness is disassociation or part of healing?

Did you eventually realize, heal, understand , the reasons Why you did X "Crazy", behavior, thought process............"Oh, that makes so much sense now!", .....instead of Judging yourself, or Shaming yourself, calling yourself "crazy"?
