Advice for how to find jobs to apply to in animal behavior/ethology or conservation?

Looking for an expert to take over this sub. I am simply not qualified to run it, I have a solid interest in ethology but not enough knowledge to run a site (or sub) about it. I thought with my limited knowledge I could still get it to grow and thought I would defer to experts.
