Which would be better shoes for leg day ? I have heard that we should not wear shoes with foam on leg day.(Newbie here, barefoot isn't allowed in my gym)

I sweat profusely in the gym and get so exhausted till the end of workout that I can't even walk straight. Is it normal or something is wrong with me?
