Always blown away by the GH5. Some unused b-roll from a shoot. Shot in the natural setting, handheld, with no grading in post. love it

Noticing a lot of grain in this video I shot with the GH5, I'm assuming it's because the camera settings aren't letting enough light in. Based on that, if I shoot it with a lower aperture, shutter etc, which will stop the grain, can I make it darker in post and still avoid grain appearing?
