Lemme get this clear, Rhaast doesn't need a buff. He is just totally balanced for lethality abusers. They just need to shift his power from lethality to drain tank.

Did you know Rhaast's Passive in WR can heal Rhaast also from his basic attacks or physical Item damages like Aatrox? They must to bring this to PC too. It makes so sense. Imagine healing from basic attacks just like other drain tanks. Imagine healing from Eclipse's Max Hp damage just like Aatrox...
