2 week old second lobe. There is a blood crust around the back of the labret, not attached in anyway to my lobe. should i ignore it untill my piercing gets shortened in 3 weeks or should i try to gently get if off?

After waiting 4 months for scar tissue to go I was finally able to get my vertical labret repierced. I think im done piercing my face. When im ready I really want to start on my ears.
