I am about to become sole owner of the company I've worked for for that past 15 years. I am lost on what to do. I have ran the company for the past 5 years and split profits with the owner. He is retiring and it's all mine. What do I do?

Question I've always wondered about roaches. If you mix Demon or Alpine with and IGR like Nygaurd or Gentrol together in a B&G why do I see roaches with curled up wings running around? If the chemicals are mixed and the IGR got to them why didn't the poison kill it? (possible answer inside)
