Meme side, bit how would you answer it? I feel the answer could be yes by thinking of it as a rocket just on the horizontal. Still from the Bernoulli would imply the engine moves forward a bit then the wing creates lift helping each other move forward, but the belt breaks that here.

The aim is to pull the sand/oil/water to the tank using water pressure created by the Pump and venturi tube, note: the venturi nozzle has to be vertical with any length (feet or inches), if not possible then horizontal but (less than 4.5 inches). My question is this possible, and limitations?
