Update - proportioning valve isn't letting brake fluid flow. I'm able to bleed the proportioning valve but im not getting any fluid to the rear drum brakes

Finally got it on the road after sitting since 97. Just put about 30 miles on it and runs nice. 1986 RN63 22r 122k miles
