Where is the primary evidence that Henry VIII had red hair? People have this idea of him with carrot-coloured, flame-red hair, but portraits of the time depict him with brown/auburn hair. It looks like it has a reddish undertone in some portraits, but it just looks more brown than red in my opinion.
