[EU] A pure blooded wizard was initially dismissive of muggles. But after a chance meeting exposed them to the wonders of the muggle world, the wizard have became inspired. So much so, they became a dark lord dedicated to reuniting the wizarding and muggle world, whether anyone wants it or not.
