[EU] While on an excursion to Texas, Gilderoy Lockhart, met a drunken Muggle in a bar. The Muggle rambled off a story about how he defeated a dark wizard, leading a cult near his town. Gilderoy would turn this story into a book called, Pistols and Wands, with himself edited in of course.
