[WP] A dystopian future where there is an ultra rich technocratic class and a destitute poor class hiding in the sewers and wastelands from the "monsters". However, the "monsters" are actually the ultra rich augmented humans trying to help the unaugmented humans who are unknowingly hiding from aid.
