[WP] Any time Matt Damon gets a concussion he thinks he is Jason Bourne for a week or so until swelling on his brain goes down. Two years ago he burned down the Pentagon. This year he's kidnapped the president. The government simply cannot fathom why it is so completely defenseless against him.
