[WP] Some people live in haunted houses. You live in a haunted metropolis, where the meddling of ghosts is common knowledge. Nobody leaves the city alive... Because the rent's pretty cheap and makes the ghostly traffic jams and ectoplasm sewer floods worth dealing with.
