[WP] A person's job/expertise is carried on into the afterlife, and they can't change it. This causes each half of the afterlife to have more "jobs" than the other (e.g. Heaven has more doctors, Hell has more lawyers). You're the only person in your field of expertise, and God/Satan needs your help.
