[WP] In 2133, an expedition is sent to the Kuiper belt. You're one of the scientists, and you discover that the belt was never so dense naturally: there are thousands of alien telescopes directed at Earth, filling many gaps between asteroids. You're horrified as one of them turns towards your ship.
