[EU] Pawnee's Parks department is selected to represent Indiana at an annual Parks and Recs conference being hosted in New York. While site-seeing, Leslie Knope gets a call from April. Apparently there was an altercation and April has been arrested by Amy Santiago and Jake Peralta.
