[EU] Arm-Fall-Off-Boy, Matter-Eating-Lad, Rainbow-Girl, Dogwelder and Infectious-Lass all get boosts on their powers, making them actually very powerful characters in the DC universe. Now they just have to prove it. Good thing Arm-Fall turns out to be a great leader.
