[WP] You experience laggy connections as actual ability. To others, you're constantly jerking around and hard to hit, and sometimes hits don’t register. You can shoot someone that had already ducked into cover a few seconds ago, or randomly have a 10 feet melee range. You are as known as "Lag Man".
