[WP] Emotion does not exist for the average person. Those we call 'Influencers' are the only ones able to feel emotion. Anything you feel is a direct result of the strength, and distance, of the Influencers in your vicinity. Your job is to Find and Stabilize, to prevent riots, mass panic, or worse.
