[WP] Pandaemonium was unleashed as the Earth was reborn ten years ago. In order to save humanity, a drastic decision was made to prevent overpopulation. Once a month, one hundred people of the lowest ranks are sent to an island to die. These ranks are determined by the roll of the dice.
