[WP]An Ambassador from the Empire has to live with the recently conquered Northern Barbarian Tribes. His attempts at bringing knowledge & civilization backfire when they use those technologies to take over the Empire & change its “stupid & decadent” culture. Surprisingly a “barbaric” utopia is made.
