[WP] An authoritarian regime punishes with criminals vs dissidents in a game called The Hunt. The prey is dropped in the middle of a 25 mile range and hunter about a mile away. If the prey reaches the edge they can leave but if the hunter catches them first they can leave. The hunter has a tracker.
