[WP] Light Yagumi obtains the Death Note, and begins killing off criminals as Kira. L disguises a death row convict as Himself to lay a trap to trick Kira into showing his location by fooling Japan to think the broadcast was world wide. But Light wasn't in Japan, and saw the broadcast via VPN.
