[WP] The Alcubierre drive can double as a weapon of mass destruction. Alcubierre jumps must be carefully aligned to bring a vessel in vicinity to a system, but point the energy blast towards something devoid of life that will absorb it. Some criminals take illegal shortcuts with tragic results.
