[WP] The Monastery Keep’s Crusaders and the Witch of the North Valley have a treatise- she must refrain from curses or spells of power and heal villagers whenever they call, and the knights in turn protect her from “unincorporated” witch hunters. This treaty requires renegotiation from time to time.
