[WP] When humanity joined the Galactic Community, we were given access to Hyper Relativist Kill Missiles and set up with the rest of the "sleeping dogs". These "dogs" are the most pacifist species in the galaxy, who are also the most capable of just flat out killing everyone else if provoked.
