[WP] We'd seen supervillains before. Over-the-top, charismatic, loud, and love to monologue. You could easily recognize them when they showed up. Problem is, nobody expected the most vile, the most evil, the most horrifying villain of all was this small, soft spoken, and seemingly kind person.
