[WP] A scientist obsessed with sitcoms creates a camera that is capable of recreating sped-up montages IRL, and decides to mass produce the camera. However an unintended side effect of mass production is that 1 camera speeds up a small area, 100 camera speed the world up. Whether they want it not.
