[WP] The last hold-out country on Earth finally legalizes all drugs ending intergalactic sanctions. Earth immediately becomes a tourist destination for junkies across the galaxy. Now we realize that Area 51 and the war on drugs made sense. Reagan was protecting us from space junkies, not ourselves.
