[WP] Powered Combat Armor has some big problems- the undistributed weight is hazardous in urban terrain or near water, certain malfunctions are horribly fatal, and "quick releases" that arent quick enough. The biggest problem is that PCA is too effective to not use. Someone has to get in it...
