[WP] Usually werewolves and vampires only infect humans but a mad scientist is still determined. He forcibly makes orcs, goblins, merfolk, giants and kitsunes into werewolves and elves, dwarfs, trolls, centaurs and phoenixes into vampires. They make their own society and rise against their maker.
