[WP] It was found in the Antarctic, Sir. It was picked up on a scanner by one of our meteorologists. When they found it, it was encased in a thick layer of ice.... We're not sure where it came from but early suggestions seem its not of this planet and its properties seem to be...somewhat anomalous..
