[WP] In the distant future, the air is so polluted the rich live in space, the rest of humanity lives as hunter-gatherers and farmers on Earth. The wealthy collect food from the tribal groups and in exchange gives them oxygen tanks so they can breath. One day, the food collecting ships stop coming.
