[WP] Chaos magic is rare. It's wielders must use 2 assistants--1 for creation and 1 for destruction--as chaos magic cannot be wielded directly. The search for assistants is met with great fanfare, as these low magic users can't make it on their own, so this is their chance to become rich and famous.
