[WP] The legendary wolf Fenrir's fetters were made impossible to break or escape. But every time the impossible became possible, the fetters became a little weaker. In 2027, upon the first moon colony becoming self-sustaining, the fetters finally weaken enough for Fenrir to wriggle loose.
