[WP] The Galactic Council really liked D&D as a diplomatic tool. Ability Scores, Skills, the Cultural Profiles, all of it. They thought it was very handy. In fact, they liked it so much that they built out a version classifying all the galactic societies. You're part of the team figuring out v2.0
