Why can't we use huge (yet simple) magnifying lenses to boil water, to run steam turbines, etc.? Is that less efficient than a similar sized solar panel? We've all seen the video where a 4-foot lens can melt rock into lava in 10 seconds... just seems like CONCENTRATING sunlight is way underutilized?
