What are some good habits to keep to make yourself more reachable for your clients?

My clients measured a humidity in a basement they live in and worried that the humidity was not of the level recommended for babies. Does it really matter? Also, they worry about the temperature as they love when the house is really warm in winter but for babies that temperature may be too high.
