Last session of the training week! Started with single leg bounds into Double Dead Stop Snatches (20 kg x 2 top sets). Main work was double clean and thrusters (Top set 32 kg x 2 for a two rep PR) and neutral pullups. Finished with a metcon of 20 SB over shoulder unbroken with 100 lb in 2:35.
