New Player to TES IV Oblivion. Got it for my laptop, and am interested in mods; which hitherto I've never been able to utilize. I lack all information on this subject, I don't even know which site to acquire said modifications. And thus a reddit thread is born. Any and all recommendations

Ok this will be my 5th time trying to mod oblivion. I have some major anxiety and "analysis paralysis". I last posted about which mod organizer to use and about 10 were listed, equally, with equal amount of upvotes. please help.
