Is there a way to ignore the div/0, or do I have to edit my averages row every time I log a new entry?

Help with page sizing? Hello..so I followed a tutorial like two years ago how to format a page in openoffice for a book This is great but... I would like the text to go almost to the line on each side.. not be stuck in this narrow column which apparently isn't a column. Does anyone know how to fix?
