Extremely cheap 220 gt clock (11 seconds) based on a 4gt torch-repeater burnout clock with 6gt-delay repeater for output. Very useful for certain intermittent operations (e.g., chunk loaders). Two variants are shown as examples. Each cycle is 60gt on, 160gt off.
