On a LEM 8 meat grinder, should you remove the plastic bushing in the head to clean it every time you use it? Or do you leave the plastic bushing in place to clean the head? If you remove the bushing, can you run head and screw ring in the dishwasher since it seems to be stainless steel? Thanks!
