The AFC Cup now includes a new playoff round to determine which two teams advance to the third round, similar to the format used in the 2023 AFC Cup.

There is an issue with EURO 2028. If one of the host countries fails to qualify for the final tournament, the event will only have 23 teams competing. It will be addressed in the next patch.
