Just a question to see, but I’m at work and randomly felt nauseous and my right testicle felt a little weird. I immediately thought that it was torsion, but it doesn’t hurt at all. Is it something else?

My right testicle keeps rotating to the outside and not the inside so instead of my testicles sitting like: \ / the right one goes to the opposite direction and i keep fixing it over and over every 20 minutes " / / "
