What is the purpose of this countertop? It’s part of a built in desk and has a hole in the back that is approximately 3/4”x 2” and appears too small to pass a normal size electrical cord through. There are no outlets under this countertop either.

Squishy bean sized objects with a tail, off-white. Not very smelly but we're found in freshly caught shrimp bag with ice.
