If I travel via Alcubierre warp drive to a star a hundred light years away and then return via a newly originated "warp bubble" process, whose space/time reference am I travelling now relative to? Am I returning to Earth's 2017 or 1917?

If I fire an unmodified modern gun in the vacuum of space, how long could it potentially operate before the moving parts cold weld? Would weapons like the AK47 with looser tolerances be less susceptible to cold welding?
