If you could make a flashlight travel through space at the speed of light with the lense facing the direction it was traveling and turned it on, would light never leave the lense, or would light travel at double the speed of light?

The Voyager space probes are going to run out of power soon and we will loose communication. Eventually though, they will pass by a star close enough to provide energy to its solar panels. Is it possible for them to then recharge and begin to continue transmitting?
